Joint and Bone Premix WT-12052 for Bar Application

Watson has formulated our Joint & Bone Health Premix WT-12052 to provide all the key nutrients which have been shown beneficial in maintaining healthy joints and bones. Watson’s WT-12052 premix provides 10% of the daily value (DV) of Calcium (Calcium Carbonate), Magnesium (Dimagnesium Phosphate) and vitamin K (Phytonadione) as well as 50% of the DV for Vitamin D. In addition to these nutrients, Watson’s Joint & Bone Health Premix delivers 600 mg of Glucosamine, 150 mg of Chondroitin, 10 mg of Methylsulfonymethane (MSM) and 40 mg of UC-II® natural collagen concentrate† (40 mg providing 10 mg undenatured Type II Collagen).

Micronized Corn Bran WT-11867B

This product has been developed for use in grain based products where high fiber claims are desired, along with smooth textural properties and bland flavor contribution. Watson uses proprietary equipment to grind and classify bran fractions into colloidal particle dimensions with an average particle size of 1.25 microns. The result is low water retention and virtually no organoleptic perception of bran particles. Corn bran is high in dietary fiber (compared to other cereal brans) and has no allergenic attributes. Micronization of corn bran brings the particle size down to a dimension where use in fine textured snacks and even beverages are now possible.

Perfect Grain White Wheat

Perfect GrainTM White is not wholegrain flour, but a blend of wheat bran and germ from white wheat that can be used in conjunction with your existing flour to make any baked good or pasta wholegrain. Perfect GrainTM White is derived from white wheat and therefore provides minimal color impact when compared to our original Perfect Grain from red wheat. Perfect GrainTM White is has an average particle size of under 1.5 microns, resulting in low water retention and virtually no organoleptic perception of the bran particles, producing smooth textured baked goods. Applications include bread, rolls, croissants, muffins, cakes, donuts, pizza crusts and pasta as well as breading and batters.

Bone Health Premix WT-5850I

Watson has formulated our Bone Health Premix WT-5850I to provide all the key nutrients which have been shown beneficial in maintaining bone health. Watson’s WT-5850I premix provides 35% of the Daily Value (DV) for Calcium, 50% of the DV for Vitamin D, 30% of the DV for Phosphorus, 25% of the DV for Magnesium and 2% of the DV for Iron. Watson’s WT-11827 premix provides 1.04 mg of calcium chloride, 0.42 mg of magnesium chloride and 1.06 mg of potassium bicarbonate. Watson has formulated our Energy Premix WT-12048 to provide all the key nutrients which have been shown beneficial in maximizing energy levels. Watson’s WT-12048 premix provides 100% of the daily value (DV) for Niacin (Niacinamide) as well as 250% of the DV for Pyridoxine (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) and 100% of the DV for Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin). The premix also delivers 6% of the DV for Pantothenic Acid (d-Calcium Pantothenate). Watson’s Energy premix also provides 30 mg of Taurine, 24.96 mg of Caffeine, 22.46 mg of Inositol and 27.45 mg of d-Glucuronolactone per serving. All ingredients meet the specifications of the FCC or USP/NF where such specifications are listed. Kid’s Health Premix WT-12049 for Bars

Watson has formulated our Kid’s Health Premix WT-12049 to provide all the nutrients kids need most to grow up strong and healthy. When used at the rate of 350.0 mg per serving Watson’s WT-12049 premix provides 15% of the daily value (DV) for following nutrients: Vitamin A (Vitamin A Palmitate), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Vitamin E (d,l-alpha Tocopheryl Acetate), Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol), Thiamin (Thiamin Mononitrate), Riboflavin, Niacin (Niacinamide), Pyridoxine (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) and Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) as well as 10% of the DV of Calcium (Tricalcium Phosphate). Watson guarantees this product meets the specifications and issues a complete certificate of analysis for each production lot. Our micro-encapsulation technology is used in the manufacturing of this premix to taste mask the nutrients so they taste great!

MCT 50% F080188

Watson's MCT 50% F080188 is a non-allergenic, free flowing white powder. It is prepared from a 60/40 blend of capric/capryic triglycerides by forming an extremely fine aqueous emulsion which is co processed with modified starch. The product is Kosher certified and non-GMO. In contrast to ordinary triglycerides, medium chain triglycerides largely by-pass processing by the liver and can be directly metabolized by muscle tissue. They have application in medical foods, particularly for those with compromised lipid metabolism conditions supplementation and exercise/sports focused nutrition. Watson can provide custom powdered MCT products with a specified content of medium chain fatty acids.
