Watson's Clear-E™ is a fine, free-flowing form of Vitamin E spray dried within a modified starch matrix. When mixed into a solution, Clear-E™ forms a micellar dispersion, producing a clear solution. It is intended for beverage applications where optically clear products are desired. For example, 100 mg suspended into an 8 ounce volume (225 ml) yields a clear solution with 50% DRV (15 IU/serving)
