Watson’s UltraSet™ product line is concentrated. We formulate our Icing stabilizers without extra sugars which are commonly used as diluents. Concentrated products save you raw material costs, warehouse space and freight costs. Sol-U-Paks™ provide a convenient way to dose concentrated products.

The UltraSet™ Product Line:

  • UltraSet™ Clear Icing Stabilizer: UltraSet Clear is a free flowing powder designed to produce transparent icing and glazes with excellent eye appeal and extended shelf life. UltraSet Clear is recommended for colored and flavored icings and is excellent for transparent danish icings, cake donuts and yeast raised donut glazes.
  • UltraSet™ Semi Clear Icing Stabilizer: UltraSet Semi Clear is a free flowing powder designed to produce semi-transparent icing and glazes with excellent eye appeal and extended shelf life. UltraSet Semi Clear can be used in most icing and glaze applications. It is an excellent choice for all danish icings, sweet roll icings and translucent donut glazes.
  • UltraSet™ White Icing Stabilizer: UltraSet White is a free flowing powder designed to produce very white opaque icing and glazes with excellent eye appeal and extended shelf life. UltraSet White is used in sweet roll, danish and white donut icings.
  • UltraSet™ All Purpose Icing Stabilizer: UltraSet All Purpose is designed to produce semi-transparent icing and glazes with excellent eye appeal and extended shelf life. UltraSet All Purpose is very versatile and can be used in many applications including sweet roll and danish icing as well as chocolate, white or maple donut icings and glazes.
